Dr. Joy DeGruy (http://joydegruy.com/) will speak about post traumatic slave syndrome. Dr. DeGruy is a nationally and internationally renowned researcher, educator, author and presenter. With over twenty years of practical experience as a professional in the field of social work, she gives practical insight into various cultural and ethnic groups that form the basis of contemporary American society.

Beth Barany (http://www.bethbarany.com/) will present workshops. Laurel will show off her steampunk outfit and cookie press. Many authors will sell their books and read. Watch this website for more information about the schedule.
