Hi Carolyn, I knew I’d read the instructions somewhere. They are on the Submittable page for Fault Zone. Stories must either be unpublished, or published only through the San Mateo County Fair writing contest. So, if you have a story published in “Carry the Light,” you can still enter it in the “Fault Zone: Uplift” contest.
